Notice of designated fisheries ports in Papua New Guinea.

This Notice designates in the Schedule, the ports or areas of such ports in Papua New Guinea to which foreign fishing vessels authorized to fish inside the PNG fisheries waters and other party's fisheries waters, including licensed vessels engaged to transport fish permitted for entry into ports and authorized to use the port facilities. The purpose of this Notice is to enhance the management and control of fishing and fishing related activities within the jurisdictional waters and promoting sustainable fisheries practices.
