Veterinary Surgeons Regulation 1967 (Cap. 98).

These Regulations implement provisions of the Veterinary Surgeons Act 1966 with respect to registration of veterinary surgeons and conduct of veterinary surgeons. The Regulations, among other things: prescribes forms for the application for registration and the certificate of registration; defines misconduct for purposes of the Act; prohibits sale by veterinary surgeons of specified products; and places restrictions on other activities by veterinary surgeons including advertising of proper practice or promoting of products.
