DENR Administrative Order No. 2004-32: Revised guidelines on the establishment and management of Community-Based Program in protected areas.

This Administrative Order establishes a Community-Based Program (CBP) to provide opportunities to organized tenure migrant communities and interested indigenous peoples to manage, develop, utilize, conserve and protect the resources within protected areas and buffer zones.
The Administrative Order provides for the establishment of the Protected Area Management Board-Community-Based Program and defines its composition.
The Administrative Order further provides for: stages in the establishment and management of CBP; Protected Area Community Based Resource Management Agreements; etc.
