Abstract
This Administrative Order lays down rules and regulations for the implementation of Executive Order 263 known as the Community-Based Forest Management Strategy (CBFMS). The DENR shall launch the Community Based Forest Management Program (CBFMP) which shall integrate and unify all people-oriented forestry programs of the government, and shall grant rights to local communities and indigenous peoples to protect, rehabilitate, develop and manage forestlands and coastal resources. The Forest Management Bureau (FMB) shall be the National Coordinating Office of CBFMP.
