Abstract
This Act amends the Agricultural Pesticides Ordinance, 1971.
Amendments include: omission of clause (c), section 3; minor word changes in sections 3, 5-8, 13, 21-23 and 29; and substitution of section 4 with a new section on the prohibition to import, sell, manufacture, etc, any pesticide which has not been registered.
