Abstract
This Act amends the Agricultural Pesticides Ordinance, 1971.
Amendments include: substitution of the definition of “adulterated” and insertion of a new definition of “sub standard” in section 3; insertion of a new subsection 10(2); substitution of section 21 with e new section on offences and penalties; insertion of a new section 21A on punishments for offences not provided for in section 21; substitution of section 22 with a new section on manufacturer’s warranty to dealers; word changes to section 23; insertion of a new subsection 24(3); and insertion of a new section 26A on cognizance and prosecution of offences.
