Abstract
This Act provides for the establishment of the Coastal Development Authority and defines its composition and its powers and functions.
The Authority shall prepare a master plan for the development, improvement, expansion and beautification of such coastal areas that need to be developed.
The Act further provides for powers of the Authority to acquire land, constitution of the Coastal Development Authority Fund, etc.
