Balochistan Coastal Development Authority (Amendment) Act, 2003 (Balochistan Act No. VII of 2003).

This Act amends the Balochistan Coastal Development Authority Act, 1998.
It amends: section 3 by making minor changes; section 5, by substituting subsection(1) with a new subsection regarding the constitution of the Governing Body; section 7, by inserting a new clause (16) providing for functions of the Authority; section 9 by adding provisions regarding meetings of the Governing Body; and section 11 by making minor changes. The Act also inserts new sections 16A, 16 B, 21, 22 and 23 on levy of fees, charge, taxes, on indemnity, and on power making rules of the Authority.
