Abstract
This Act provides for the establishment of the Balochistan Wildlife Management Board.

These include: certificates of lawful possession; transfer restrictions; import and export restrictions; and trade restrictions.
The Government may declare any area under its property to be a wildlife sanctuary, a national park, a game reserve or private game reserve.
