Abstract
These Rules implement provisions of the Baluchistan Wildlife Protection Act, 1974.
The Rules set out procedures, requirements, application forms and fees for obtaining a licence for hunting, possessing, importing or exporting, trapping, etc. wild animals.
The Rules, furthermore, prohibit acts in wildlife sanctuaries, national parks or game reserves even if in possession of a licence.
