Abstract
This Act amends sections 3, 4, 5, 15, 17 and 19 of the Maritime Security Agency Act, 1994 (Act No. X of 1994), by inserting the words of "Prime Minister", "secretary of the division concerned" and "Director-General" instead of "Federal Government" in different sections.
