Oil and Gas Regulatory Authority (Amendment) Act 2011 (Act No. III of 2011).

This Ordinance amends Section 3 of the Oil and Gas Regulatory Authority Ordinance, 2002. Amendment of section 3 deals with the following substitution: "The Chairman shall be an eminent professional of known integrity and competence with a minimum of twenty years of related experience in law, business, engineering, finance, accounting, economica, petroleum, technology, public administration of management".
