Abstract
This Act recognizes the power of the Government to declare that in any specified land it shall be unlawful to graze, pasture or keep goats. The Government may also regulate the movement of goats and the slaughtering of goats in a slaughter house.
The Act further provides for rule making powers of the Government, and for offences penalties.
