West Pakistan Goats Restrictions Rules 1961.

These Rules implement the provisions of the West Pakistan Goats (Restriction) Ordinance 1959.
The Rules lay down conditions and procedures for obtaining permission to keep goats in a local area and regulate the leading, driving, conducting or conveying of goats in or through a local area. Furthermore, they regulate the proportion of goats and sheep slaughtered in a slaughter house, and provide for the maintenance of records and submission of returns relating to slaughter of goats and sheep.
