Abstract
This Ordinance amends the Sindh Irrigation Act 1879 by making minor word changes that modify the terms of imprisonment and the fines for those who damage or endanger the stability of canals, and by inserting a new section 62-B on non-bailable offences.
The Ordinance further provide for the abatement of certain orders related to the distribution of irrigation waters.
