Abstract
This Act provides on deleting some parts of the Sindh Local Government Act 2023 in section 18 and adding section 18-B with regard to election of Mayors, Deputy Mayors, Chairmen, and Vice Chairmen in various local government bodies; and that these elected officials must also secure membership in their respective Councils within six months of assuming office to continue in their roles.
