Sindh Local Government (Third Amendment) Act, 2023 (Sindh Act No. XLVI of 2023).

The amendment includes the insertion of "Inspector" after the word "Court" in section 132(3). Additionally, section 133 sees an addition to the table under the Proviso, introducing a new category for "Metropolitan Corporation." Section 136 is renumbered, and new subsections are added empowering Inspectors to address specified offenses with fines and penalties. Offenses under this Act will be tried by a Special Magistrate in a summary manner within thirty days. Further amendments involve removing "Metropolitan" from certain entries in Schedule-II and Schedule-V of the Sindh Act No. XI of 2013.
