Abstract
This Ordinance amends the Sindh Wildlife Protection Ordinance, 1972 by: inserting in sections 14 and 15 new provisions allowing the laying of underground pipelines, in wildlife sanctuaries and national parks, which do not permanently disturb the wildlife or environment; and by increasing the fines in sections 17 and 33 on penalties.
