Abstract
The present Act, which is composed of 12 Paragraphs, regulates the method of conducting agricultural market research, which shall include the collection and processing of information on the level of price and quantity of turnover of agricultural products and foodstuffs. Therefore, the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development shall: specify the methodology of the research; collect market data; create and maintain an electronic database of market data; process and analyse the data; share and spread results of the research; provide training on the research.
