Abstract
This Regulation of the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development, which is composed of 16 paragraphs and two Annexes, concerns the collection of data on market. It establishes which entrepreneurs are obliged to provide data and set out forms and deadlines to provide data. The scope of data collection includes: quantity of turnover and prices of purchase, sale, market, marketplace, wholesale, producers and importers. The scope of the information to be provided and collected depends on the products concerned, such as: beef, veal, pork, cereals, poultry, eggs, mutton, sugar, fodder, milk, fruits, vegetables, flowers, oil plants and wine.
