Act amending the Act on agricultural producers' organizations.

This Act entitles private persons, organizational units without legal personality and legal entities running a farm or running agricultural activities concerning special branches of agricultural production to set up producers’ organizations to: adapt their agricultural production to market conditions; improve farming, production planning, concentration of supply and organization of the agricultural products sale, as well as protection of the environment.
