Act on agricultural producers' organizations.

The Act is composed of five Sections: (1) General provisions; (2) Provisions on the organization and action of groups; (3) Registration of groups and unions; (4) Financial support; (5) Changes in valid provisions, transitional and final provisions. The Act establishes provisions concerning the organization groups and unions of agricultural producers as well as their financial support. Producers may set up groups and unions in order to adapt production to market conditions and improve farming, production planning and the market organization, by guaranteeing at the same time the protection of the environment.
