Act amending Act on collective water supply and Collective Discharge of Waste Water.

The Act, which is composed of 6 articles, gives definitions of the terms specified in the Act on collective water supply and collective sewage piping away, such as receiver of services, person using private accommodation, water supply and sewage enterprise, sewage wire. The receiver of services is defined as everybody who uses water and sewage services concerning collective water supply and collective sewage piping away on the basis of a written agreement with a water supply and sewage enterprise.
