Abstract
The Act, which is composed of 34 paragraphs, lays down the principles and conditions of collective supply of water for human consumption; collective sewerage piping, including functioning of water supply and sewerage enterprises; conditions of ensuring continuity of water supply and quality of water; reliable piping away and treatment of sewerage; requirements for quality of water for human consumption; principles of protection of clients interests, including environment protection and optimization costs.
