Act amending the Act on groups of agricultural producers and their unions

This Act, which is composed of five articles, amends provisions concerning the organization and action of groups of agricultural producers and their unions. An association can also carry activities as a group if: there are at least five producers of one product or groups of products; specify principles of production, including quality and quantity and ways of preparing them for sale; fulfils requirements concerning income and the subject of the activity. The Act establishes also principles of admitting new members to a group and principles of resigning from the membership.
