Abstract
The Act, which is composed of seven articles, establishes conditions for running activities concerning the processing of tobacco raw material, with particular regard to the registration procedure. First processing of tobacco raw material is defined as processing of tobacco raw material in order to get a product for storage or further processing. First processor is a private or legal person or organizational unit dealing with first processing of tobacco raw material, registered in the register of first processors.
