Abstract
This Act lays down tasks of organizational units and authorities dealing with the organization, in accordance with European Union regulations, of the market of fruits and vegetables and hop market. The tasks and competences of the competent authority of the Member State are performed by the director of the regional branch of the Agency for Restructuring and Modernization of Agriculture. That includes includes notifications, reporting and taking decisions.
The consolidated Act is composed of the following Sections: General provisions (sect. 1); Fruits and vegetables markets (sect. 2); Hop market (sect. 3); Criminal provisions (sect. 6); Changes in valid provisions (sect. 7); Transitional and final provisions (sect. 8).
