Act amending the Act on organization of fruit and vegetable market, hop market, tobacco market, and fodder plant market.

This Act is composed of five articles. Art. 1 establishes provisions concerning decisions on recognition of groups of producers of fruits and vegetables and provisions concerning scope of information which should be passed by organizations of producers to the President of the Agency for Restructuring and Modernisation of Agriculture. Art. 2 amends requirements relating to applying for subsidies which can be given to groups or organizations of producers.
