Act amending the Act on the organization of the fruit and vegetable market, hop market, the market in dried fodder and the markets in flax and hemp grown for fiber.

This Act, which is composed of seven articles, lays down some amendments and addenda to the Act on the organization of the fruit and vegetable market, hop market, the market in dried fodder and the markets in flax and hemp grown for fiber. In particular, the present Act amends provisions concerning tasks of the competent authority of the EU Member State taken by the voivodship marshal, and taks of the minister responsible for agricultural markets, relating to functioning of the fruit and vegetable market.
