Abstract
This Act lays down some amendments and addenda to Geological and Mining Act. In particular supplemented Sect. 3 and Sect. 4 provide provisions concerning concessions for exploration and prospecting of hydrocarbons and production of hydrocarbons from deposits, and concessions for the extraction of hydrocarbons from deposits.
