Act amending the Nature Conservation Act.

This Act lays down some amendments and addenda to the Nature Conservation Act and implements the relevant legislation of the European Union. In particular, the present Act provides the list of possible prohibitions for the conservation of protected species of wild flora and mushroom and possible prohibitions of other types of wild flora (amended art. 51) and the list of possible prohibitions for the conservation of protected species of wild fauna and other types of wild fauna (art. 52). Art. 56 and 56a specify cases when General Director of Environmental Protection may allow activities which are prohibited due to art. 51 and art. 52.
