Act on chemical substances and preparations.

The Act establishes the conditions, prohibitions and limitations concerning the production, placing on the market and use of chemical substances and preparations, with a view to protecting human health and the environment against the harmful impact of these substances and preparations. The Act is composed of the following Sections: (1) General provisions; (2)Inspector for Matters of Chemical Substances and Preparations; (3) New substances; (3a) Existing substances; (4) Reports on hazardous preparations; (5) Research on chemical substances and preparations; (6) Marking, packaging, marketing and use of hazardous substances and hazardous preparations; (7) Provisions on inspection; (8) Criminal provisions and pecuniary penalties; (9) Amending, transitional and final provisions.
