Abstract
This Act lays down the rules for: (1) registration of forest basic material; (2) marketing of forest reproductive material; (3) control of forest control basic material and forest reproductive material placed on the market; (4) seed regionalization. The present Act applies to the species of trees and their artificial hybrids listed in the Annex. The text is composed of the following Sections: General provisions (Sec. 1); Authorities competent for the marketing of forest reproductive material (Sec. 2); The National Register of Forestry Basic Material (Sec. 3); Marketinf of forest reproductive material (Sec. 4); See regionalization (Sec. 5); Criminal provisions (Sec. 6); Changes in valid provisions (Sec. 7); Transitional and final provisions (Sec. 8).
