Act on forest reproductive material.

This Act lays down the rules for: (1) registration of forest basic material; (2) marketing of forest reproductive material; (3) control of forest control basic material and forest reproductive material placed on the market; (4) seed regionalization. The present Act applies to the species of trees and their artificial hybrids listed in the Annex.
