Abstract
This Regulation of the Ministry of Environment, which is composed of five articles and two Annexes, establishes the cases when the use of forest propagation material outside the region of its origin is allowed for purposes of afforestation. The use is permitted if the propagation material is not available in the region where the use is planned or if the material comes from an area up to 10 km from the region where it must be used. Annex 1 specifies regions of origin where it is allowed to use forest propagation material originating from another region. Annex 2 provides regions of origin where it is allowed to use forest propagation material divided into altitude plant floors.
