Decree No. 4 about Environmental Impact Assessment.

This Decree implements the National Law for the Protection of the Environment for what concerns Environmental Impact Assessment procedures. The Decree provides for EIA requirements, reporting procedures and terms, documentation, public discussion of EIA results and appeal procedures.
