Abstract
This Act, which is composed of eight Sections, lays down the general principles of: geological activities; extraction from deposits; protection of deposits, underground waters and other environmental elements affected by geological activities. The Act is composed of the following Sections: General provisions (sect. 1); Geological activities (sect. 2); Eextraction from deposits (sect. 3); Payments and fees (sect. 4); Neighbourhood relationship and liability for damages (sect. 5); Organs of the national administrations (sect. 6); Penalties (sect. 7); Final regulations (sect. 8).
