Abstract
The aim of this Act is to prevent generation of wastes in mining industry, limit their harmful influence to the environment, human life and health. The Act establishes rules of management of mining wastes and contaminated soil, rules of keeping object of mining wastes neutralization, procedures concerning receiving authorizations relating to mining wastes management, and procedures concerning preventing serious incidents in object of mining wastes neutralization. This Act is composed of the following Sections: General provisions (sec. 1); Rules of mining wastes management (sec. 2); Plans of mining wastes management (sec. 3); Applications and authorizations (sec. 4); Rules of keeping object of mining wastes neutralization (sec. 5); Serious incidents (sec. 6); Filling mining excavations with mining wastes (sec. 7); Duties of public administration (sec. 8); Criminal provisions (sec. 9); Changes in valid provisions (sec. 10); Transitional and final provision (sec. 11).
