Abstract
The present Regulation of the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development, which is composed of three paragraphs, specifies the activities concerning safe technology for the environment, applied to the production of fruit and vegetables and to waste management. Organizations of fruit and vegetables producers or their associations shall take into consideration in their operational programmes at least two of the specified activities.
