This Regulation of the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development is composed of two paragraphs. The control of identity or sanitary control of plants, plant products or products specified in Annex 5 part B of the Regulation laying down rules to prevent the introduction and spread of quarantine organisms, can be made in the place approved by the Main Inspector of Plant Health and Seed Inspection.
