The present Regulation of the Minister of Environment, which is composed of two paragraphs and one Annex, establishes the new list of wastes types which can be passed to physical persons or to organizational units not enterprises, and allowed methods of their recycling. The list of wastes types and methods of their recycling is specified in the Annex.
