Regulation amending the Regulation establishing the way and conditions of the use of the total quota of fishing.

This Regulation of the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development lays down some amendments and addenda to the Regulation establishing the way and conditions of the use of the total quota of fishing in accordance with Council Regulation (EC) No. 1224/2009 establishing a Community control system for ensuring compliance with the rules of the common fisheries policy. In particular, the present Regulation amends conditions of the use of total and additional quota of fishing of salmon (art. 3 of the amended Regulation), cod (art. 4), sprat (art. 5) and herring (art. 6 and 7).
