Abstract
This Regulation of the Minister of Health amends four points of the Regulation on extraction solvents which can be used for the production of foodstuffs to implement new directives of the European Commission regulating laws of the Member States on extraction solvents used in the production of foodstuffs and food ingredients. In particular the present Regulation amends the list of substances and materials allowed as extraction solvents for food production and the list of extraction solvents which can be used for food production.
