Abstract
This Regulation of the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development establishes which mineral and organic fertilizers are not the subject to agricultural tests. This Regulation also specifies institutions entitled to carry out physical, chemical, and biological tests of fertilizers, and institutions entitled to provide opinions on fertilizers.
