Regulation on the annual external audit of electrical and electronic equipment recovery organization and processing plant.

This Regulation of the Minister of Environment, which is composed of 11 articles, establishes: (1) detailed scoped and method of conducting the annual external audit; (2) detailed scope of the audit report. The audit of electrical and electronic equipment recovery organization is carried out at its premises. The audit of processing plant is carried out at the processing plant and at the place where the processing plant operator keeps documentation.
