Regulation on authorization of producers organizations.

This Regulation of the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development, which is composed of four paragraphs, establishes: (1) areas of enough validity according to criteria specified in art. 1 point 1a of the Commission Regulation (EC) No. 2318/2001 laying down detailed rules for the application of Council Regulation (EC) No. 104/2000 as regards the recognition of producer organizations in the fishery and aquaculture sector; (2) criteria of recognizing productive area as big enough as specified in art. 1 point 5 of the EC Regulation 2138/2001. Criteria specified above are used for the authorization of producers’ organizations.
