Abstract
This Act lays down: (1) tasks and competences of organizations concerning the fish market; (2) requirements for marketing of fish products; (3) principles of functioning of organizations of producers and inter-branch organizations; (4) ways of control concerning organization of the fish market; (5) principles of financial support to organizations of producers; (6) competences of institutions concerning information and reporting on the fish market. The present Act is composed of the following Sections: General provisions (sect. 1); Fish products (sect. 2); Good fishery practice (sect. 3); Register of entrepreneurs buying fish products (sect. 4); First sale of fish products (sect. 5); Organizations of producers and inter-branch organizations (sect. 6); Financial support to the fish market (sect. 7); Supervision, control and monitoring of marketing of certain fish species (sec. 8); Penal provisions (sect. 9); Changes in provisions in force, transitional and final provisions (sect. 10).
