Abstract
This Regulation of the Minister of Environment, which is composed of four articles and one Annex, establishes the form of certificate on spent equipment and the method of transmitting certificate on spent equipment. The certificate on spent equipment transmitted in electronic form contains a qualified electronic signature. The Annex specifies the form of certificate on spent equipment.
