Abstract
This Regulation of the Minister of Environment, which is composed of 12 paragraphs and one Annex, lays down: (1) method of making available information on the environment, specified in art.30 of the Environment Protection Act; (2) minimal scope of information made available; (3) form of the information; (3) frequency of making information available. Information on the environment is made available via public telecommunication network in the form of: processed results of measurements; annual evaluation of quality or classification prepared for the last year; long-term evaluation of quality or classifications concerning directions and dynamics of changes; comments, including methods applied for examination and measurement. Minimum scope of information is defined for: air quality (paragraph 5); soil or land quality (paragraph 6); prevention from noise pollution (paragraph 7); prevention from electro-magnetic fields (paragraph 8); quality of surface waters (paragraph 9); generation and management of wastes (paragraph 10); quality of underground waters (paragraph 11). Information on environment can be also made available via mass media.
