Abstract
This Regulation of the Minister of Environment lays down conditions and method of determining costs of: (1) control of compliance of emissions with environmental protection requirements; (2) assessment of the amount of emissions from the installation or from air operations specified in the Act on the greenhouse gas emission allowance trading scheme. The Annex contains the list of coefficients relating to specific actions: biological and physico-chemical analysis, measurement and sampling.
