Regulation on the conditions and the way of implementation of the national strategy of operational programs implemented in the fruit and vegetable markets.

This Regulation of the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development lays down conditions and the way of implementation of the national strategy of operational programs implemented in the fruit and vegetable markets. Recognised organizations of producers of fruits and vegetables implement the applicable national strategy, developed on the basis of art. 8 par. 3 of the Act on the organization of the fruit and vegetable market, hop market, tobacco market and fodder plant market, implementing operational programs covering the objectives, actions and measures set out in this strategy.
